Clinton County Project Connect – Elsie 

At Ovid Elsie High School from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. 

Project Connect is returning for 2021 in a low-contact, drive-up format. We are happy to bring these events back to communities in the county in a way that keeps people safe and healthy.

Supplies being passed out includes backpacks, school supplies, socks and underwear for children, community resource information, and hygiene kits.

Capital Area Community Services is participating in this event — is not hosting being hosted by CACS.
