CERA is the first step for renters that need assistance due to the impact of COVID-19. Renters must apply for CERA funds before applying for CARES Act funds.

For individuals that would like to learn more about rental assistance call your county Housing Assessment and Resource Agency (HARA) to see if you qualify.
